Malvern Central - Active

Malvern College wanted to promote their Malvern Central Sports Complex’ open day and wanted to see results. These were duly delivered with a 60% uplift on last years membership take-up for their outstanding sports complex.

We were asked to look at promotional materials, direct mail, e-shots, newsletters, banners and more to give an integrated marketing campaign build on the recent website and branding Williams&Crosby had carried out for Malvern College’s Malvern Central.

Malvern Central has without doubt some of the best facilities around. How many health and sports centre can boast gym, 50m pool, glass back squash courts, tennis courts, climbing wall, basket ball courts, 5 a side courts, badminton, health centre, gym classes, dance fitness classes, private function facilities with staging and AV capabilities, Starbucks concession and a shooting range. Normally a transformation takes between 10 -12 weeks with furniture taking 10 weeks for manufacture, but in this case we had 5 weeks!

The result was a complete transformation: Strip out, new lighting, flooring, design and manufacture of bespoke AV housing and canopy, demo pods, bespoke wall papers. All paintwork, blinds, new cabling, bespoke chair manufacture, breakout seating with integrated LCD screen, podium, storage unit, modular desking and carpets.

Whilst the initial presentation  of lively colours and bar coded wall paper met raised eyebrows from those used to seeing corporate greys and blues, the final verdict was it was a total success and universally met with open arms… phew!

It certainly provides a relaxed and flexible space for theatre style presentation, training, demo and casual breakout presentations… a big tick in each box.

Allscripts stand EHI 2011

All announced themselves in the UK market by commissioning Williams & Crosby to create their new modular stand for EHI Live 2011.

The stand was a great success gaining positive comments from both delegates and exhibitors alike, including Aga, BT and others.

This new modular stand will allow Allscript to use the structure in various formats going forward and because graphic panels can be reused and the structure can be erected with limited man power in short build times, it becomes a viable solution for short build times and reduces cost of install.

The stand incorporated: Platform floor, demo units, integrated screens and literature racks, counter displays, a presentation theatre, store/server room, coordinated breakout tables and seating… oh yes, lighting, carpets, cabling, delivery, install, breakdown and storage for the next event.

WE7 Reception Signage

We7, the UK’s no. 1 music download site commissioned Williams&Crosby to create their brand identity and wall signage for the reception in the new London offices.

The branding was to be friendly, iconic and reflect We7′s market position.

Laser cut from a strong light substrate so it could be applied directly to the plastered wall, the sign is a metre high and has a real presence to any visitors.

Rooftops Website

Williams&Crosby have now launched estate agent, Rooftops, new website.

Rooftops Lettings & Management asked Williams&Crosby to redesign and build a new website to replace their current site to give them full control of the content and integrate the lettings and property management software, CFPwinMan. The solution was to be rolled out across their 6 offices so all offices can work independently but on a common platform and share data.

The website is based on Umbraco, which gives each office full content management (CMS) and automatically creates search engine friendly content to aid the SEO Google ranking.
