After reviewing the product ranges and discussions it became evident the ranges should be split into 2 ranges, Owners and Professionals.

The previous ranges seemed to adopt a range of styles that had either been acquired or morphed into their own pockets of design. Our aim was to create a distinctive brand that would have standout whilst retaining the brand identity.

Whilst undertaking the project and market research Williams & Crosby identified there was confusion for shoppers in determining the ‘benefits’ of products and many appeared to offer the same solution without expressing their USP’s. As a result, we created a simple icon flagging system and descriptive positioning statement for product benefits to aid the purchasers eg ‘streak free’, ‘bright interiors’, ‘crystal clear windscreens’.

The packaging and branding has a unique and consistent styling, is easily recognisable amongst the sea of shelf products and gives clear product messaging/benefits to aid purchasers.

The new brochure and inserts have been designed to reflect the schools traditions and standards of excellence of the 16c, whilst showcasing their forward thinking approach to both education and the expectations 21c.

The brochure is a square format with leading pages in simulated trace proudly carrying the schools crests. The cover is printed on a textured uncoated material and includes a pocket inside the back page to provide the flexibility of inserting additional information, fees and term details

The brochure follows earlier work for MGS whereby Williams & Crosby were commissioned to rebrand the school and design their website.

We were tasked with updating or corporate identity and creating a CMS (Content Managed Website), with full SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) that reflected the high quality of their work.

Built using Umbraco open source technology, the site has full page, image and text edition, automatically assigns H1, H2, H3 and H4 tags to help with SEO and has smart technologies so it works both with desktop and mobile devices.

The CMS system is very powerful and easy to use, allowing the client to add, remove, update, publish and unpublish any content at the click of the mouse.

The new Garden Furniture Offers new e-commerce CMS website is built using Umbraco open source technologies. The site provides them with full control of all the text, images, header graphics, banner advertising, special offers, featured products, pricing and stock control. In addition, the site has great SEO controls built in, search by product, category, brands and groupings.

The e-commerce basket allows customers to select now, buy later, look at past purchase history and provides a clients help select section: “If you are buying this, you may want to consider these” and “customers who bought this, also bought”.
All in all, the site is very powerful, functionally rich with full client control via the content management system (CMS),… they can even change the sites background colours for seasons.
